We offer a 30-day worldwide return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in good condition, free of excessive damage, and include all essential accessories.
Whenever possible, please return the product in its original packaging or pack it securely to avoid damage during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first request a return.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the product you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
The item must be in good condition and include all essential components.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
